Refund and Returns Policy

If something is wrong with your purchase, contact me promptly with your order or AgentaOS payment reference. Prices and refunds use the original checkout currency, which is EUR unless the product page states otherwise. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Digital products

For immediately supplied digital goods, checkout may ask for your express consent to begin digital delivery and your acknowledgement that a statutory withdrawal right can be lost once delivery begins. A refund may still be available where a file is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be supplied.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Send a description and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Do not return an item before receiving return instructions.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method through AgentaOS as Merchant of Record. AgentaOS may send the payment receipt, refund notice, or other buyer-facing payment email. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to show the credit. Certain personalised goods or other legally exempt items may not be returnable unless faulty.
