I am a technology expert, AI researcher, and product builder with an MSc in Software Engineering and almost a decade of experience across the software delivery lifecycle.

My work spans banking and fintech platforms, multi-tenant commerce, telecommunications, and complex integrations. I move between architecture and hands-on delivery, with a strong focus on validation, observability, testing, documentation, and the operational details that make software dependable.

From requirements to delivery

I help founders, product teams, and engineering organizations turn ambiguous requirements into useful technical decisions. That can mean defining an architecture, recovering a delivery plan, implementing a critical path, documenting a system, mentoring engineers, or providing fractional CTO and technical leadership as a service.

AI research and developer products

My research includes AI-powered video generation and the engineering practices needed to evaluate AI systems responsibly. I also build products such as ContextScope Toolkit, which gives coding agents durable, repository-specific context.

Open-source work

I maintain the Laravel License Manager and Laravel Database Newsletter packages. The same principles guide my client work and products: understand the system, make trade-offs explicit, and prove that the result works.
