Why I use your data

I process data to provide accounts and downloads, create checkouts, confirm paid orders, process payment confirmations and refunds, answer requests, protect the website, meet tax and accounting duties, and send requested newsletters. The legal bases may be performance of a contract, consent, compliance with a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest such as service security.

Payments and service providers

AgentaOS acts as Merchant of Record for store payments and is an independent controller for payment, tax, receipt, and buyer-support data entered on the AgentaOS-hosted checkout. This website sends AgentaOS only the order metadata and buyer details needed to create and reconcile the checkout. I do not receive or store your full card number or wallet credentials. Hosting, email, anti-abuse, and optional analytics providers may process only the data needed to deliver their services.

International transfers and retention

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers. Account data is retained while your account is active; purchase and transaction records are retained as required for contractual, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Cancelled, failed, or expired checkout records may be retained for security, support, fraud-prevention, and reconciliation only as long as needed. Enquiries and newsletter details are deleted when no longer needed or when validly withdrawn, subject to legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Security and children
